The hides from the neck of the BUFFALO were dried flat and used as shields by Indians in times of war, repelling even bullets.

People allergic to beef can usually eat BUFFALO.

BUFFALO meat is very low in cholesterol and reported to have 25% more protein than beef.

There are reported to be no known allergies to the meat of the BUFFALO.
